Update: New Overflow Hotel Accommodations Available!

The Pinnacle Harbourfront has now reached capacity for all hotel rooms in the WACES room block.  Demand has outstripped expectations!  To accommodate all presenters and attendees, WACES has secured additional discounted hotel rooms at a nearby hotel that is within close walking distance to the main conference hotel.  Click on the link above to make a reservation at the overflow hotel.  More information can be found below.

Rooms at the Coast Coal Harbour (Overflow Hotel)

Rooms are available from Wednesday November 9 to Saturday November 12, 2016 (check-out on Sunday morning) at a group rate of $169.00 CAD per night for a "Comfort Room" (two double beds) or $199.00 CAD for a "Superior Room" (one king bed.  Taxes and fees will also apply. Please note that our group room block expires on October 19, 2016.  Rooms may be available after October 19 at the same group rate, though this cannot be guaranteed. Rooms are available at the group rate on a “first come” basis, and we recommend that attendees book their rooms as soon as possible.  All reservation requests will require a credit card for guarantee.  Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Rooms at the Pinnacle Harboufront (Conference Hotel)

Rooms are available from Sunday November 6 to Tuesday November 15, 2016 at a group rate of $159.00 CAD (+~16.5% taxes & fees) per night for both single and double occupancy if reserved before Friday October 19, 2016. This includes complimentary Wi-fi access in all hotel guest and meeting rooms. Please note that rooms are available at the group rate on a “first come” basis, and we recommend that attendees book their rooms as soon as possible.

All reservation requests will require a credit card for guarantee.  Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.  Name changes to room reservations may be made up to 3 days prior to arrival at no charge.
