Conference at-a-Glance The conference at-a-glance provides you with information about the daily schedule of the conference. The conference program will have specific details about sessions and room locations. The conference at-a-glance could be helpful as you plan your trip.
Conference Registration Conference Registration is now open. Registration information, including rates and refund policy, can be found on the Registration page. All presenters must register by the early bird deadline in order to be listed in the conference program.
The Western Association for Counselor Education and Supervision is a NBCC Approved Continuing Education ProviderTM, ACEP #2075. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.
The Hyatt is offering WACES a group rate of $239.00 per night. We recommend booking your hotel at your earliest convenience, as we anticipate it selling out. *The group rate for the conference hotel will expire October 18, so please book your room prior to that date. The conference will begin on Thursday, November 8th with the Pre-Conference and Opening President's Reception, so make sure to book your hotel accordingly. Our conference hotel room rate begins November 4th through November 14th, so consider extending your stay to relax in Sonoma County!
Travel to Santa Rosa The Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport has direct flights to many cities in the Western region, so we encourage you to book your flight directly into Santa Rosa. In addition, with several major airlines flying daily to Santa Rosa, it is easy to connect from cities all across the United States. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. Uber, Lyft, and cabs are available at the airport. The SMART train station is accessible from the airport by bus and has a station stop about a block away from the hotel. https://sonomacountyairport.org/
